Due to the nature of the items being made, we cannot accept returns. We will do our best to make sure our clients are happy. If there is a mistake made on our part, we will do our best to fix the mistake, or re make the defected item. Refunds will not be given.

Once the item leaves our possession, we cannot be held reliable, and will not give a replacement or a refund if it does not get to you due to either being stolen, or you providing the wrong address, so please verify everything before you order.
